Kathy Franchek-Roa, an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Utah, trains residents and other health care providers about the health care response to domestic violence. James Manousos is a tech-savvy medical entrepreneur who directed and supported the technical development of the app. Amy Wallace is a patient safety manager and patient advocate who is in her second year of law school.
